Restructuring and insolvency proceedings; voidance of insolvency

We give guidance to banks both in and out of court in restructuring and insolvency proceedings, including, inter alia, under the German Act on the Stabilization and Restructuring Framework for Companies (StaRuG) and in insolvency plan procedures.

We also give guidance to credit institutions both in and out of court in the defense against insolvency voidance claims.
