Barbara Berndt is a specialist lawyer for banking and capital market law. She advises and represents financial services providers in all matters of private and public banking law.

She mainly works as deputy head of the Legal Department for Sparkasse Hildesheim Goslar Peine. Barbara Berndt is a banker and has studied law in Göttingen with a focus on Roman and common law, and also obtained her doctorate in this field.

Barbara Bernd speaks fluent English.

After joining the legal department of the former Kreissparkasse Hildesheim, Barbara Berndt was admitted to the bar in 2001. Before joining Grüter, she was an associate at law firm Streitbörger.
