Torsten Fitzke advises and represents in particular banks and savings banks in banking law matters and small and medium-sized companies in questions of commercial and corporate law. He also focuses on insolvency law.

Vita
Torsten Fitzke studied law in Münster. After passing his first state law exam in 2016, he worked as a research assistant at the University of Münster, where he completed his Master's degree in Mergers & Acquisitions there in 2019. In 2022, he obtained his doctorate degree on a topic in the field of commercial and corporate law. He completed his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Celle with positions in Hamburg. He was admitted to the bar in 2023.
