Jennifer Flören

Jennifer Flören advises clients, both nationally and internationally, in the area of individual and collective labor law and associated strategic matters. She is a permanent contact for all relevant personnel issues for many companies. Her activities also include judicial and extrajudicial representation of companies as well as providing counsel and representation during negotiations with employee representatives. She provides advice in matters relating to the establishment and termination of employment relationships as well as support with the drafting of the corresponding contracts. She also counsels companies in restructurings and organizational changes and their implementation. In addition, Jennifer Flören provides advice on matters of co-determination rights and formulation of collective bargaining agreements.

She is a member of the Association of Young Düsseldorf Business Lawyers (Verein Junger Düsseldorfer Wirtschaftsanwälte e.V. [JDWA]).

She speaks fluent English.
