Oliver Strauch

Oliver Strauch is working in Hamm and Münster as a lawyer and specialist building and architectural lawyer in the areas of private and public construction, architect, engineering and real estate law. His focus is equally on advising, out-of-court and in-court representation of the interests of medium-sized to large construction companies, architectural and engineering offices, commercial and private builders. Due to his open and uncomplicated nature, he acts in moderation and skillfully tactics both in the construction-related advice, preservation of evidence and in legal disputes between the parties involved in the construction. His technical understanding and his economically oriented approach are always helpful to him.

As a lecturer in civil law, he is also involved in the training of young legal professionals at Alpmann Schmidt's main office in Münster and is also the author of legal specialist literature.

Oliver Strauch is a specialist building and architectural lawyer and a member of the Hamm Lawyer's Association.

Vita
In 2002, Oliver Strauch completed his law studies with additional training in insurance law in the field of industrial property rights at the University of Münster, passing his first state law exam. Since his legal clerkship in the Regional Court of Essen, which also started in 2002, his focus has been on building and architectural law. After completing his legal clerkship and passing his second state law exam in 2004, he was admitted to the bar in 2004. He now works as a specialist building lawyer.
