Julian-Alexander Gerhold advises and represents companies, savings banks and local cooperative banks in matters relating to banking, capital market and insolvency law. As specialist banking and capital market lawyer, he specializes in particular in matters relating to credit contract law, insolvency disputes and contract drafting. Julian Alexander Gerhold represents the clients' interests both in and out of court.

Vita
Julian-Alexander Gerhold studied law in Münster, with specialized foreign language training in common law and a focus on German and European corporate law. He graduated in 2015. He completed his legal clerkship at Regional Court of Münster in 2018 with positions at, inter alia, NRW. Bank and in Copenhagen. In the same year, he passed his second state law exam and was admitted to the bar. Julian Alexander Gerhold has been a specialist banking and capital market lawyer since 2021. He also completed a Master's degree in business law at the University of Münster in 2021 - 2023.
