Thorsten Schäckel is a specialist lawyer for labor law. He counsels companies nationwide in the field of individual and collective labor law. One of his specialties is assisting with group-wide and company-wide restructurings and organizational changes, including negotiations with employee representatives and unions. Thorsten Schäckel studied law in Münster and completed his legal clerkship at the Hamm Higher Regional Court. After being admitted to the bar in 1997, Thorsten Schäckel did his doctorate at the University of Münster in 2000; he was admitted to practice as a specialized attorney in labor law in 2002.
