Ab dem 01.01.2024 gelten die neuen Regeln f\u00fcr die Personengesellschaften. Das Gesetz hat unmittelbar (ohne \u00dcbergangsregelung) auch f\u00fcr alle bereits existierenden Gesellschaften Geltung.
