Wir pr\u00fcfen die Immobiliensituation im Rahmen einer Due-Diligence und beraten und verhandeln auf K\u00e4ufer- und Verk\u00e4uferseite die Vertragsgestaltung. Mit unserer bankrechtlichen Erfahrung begleiten wir die Finanzierung von Immobilientransaktionen.<\/p>\n<p>Wir gestalten Kaufvertr\u00e4ge in Asset-Deals und sorgen f\u00fcr eine sichere und z\u00fcgige Umsetzung der Transaktion ebenso wie f\u00fcr ausgewogene Haftungsregelungen.
