Wir verf\u00fcgen \u00fcber besondere Prozesserfahrung mit im Schnitt mehr als 1.500 Gerichtsterminen pro Jahr allein im Bankrecht. Unsere hohe Spezialisierung und die Vielzahl von Mandaten lassen ein gezieltes, umfassendes Knowledge-Management zu. Die Gr\u00f6\u00dfe unseres Teams erm\u00f6glicht es, auch kurzfristig Sachverhalte mit einer Vielzahl von Beteiligten, insbesondere im Bereich der Massenlitigation zu steuern, zu strukturieren und kurzfristig abzuwickeln. F\u00fcr verschiedene Finanzdienstleister werden wir im Rahmen von Beratungsvertr\u00e4gen auch als ausgelagerte Rechtsabteilung t\u00e4tig.<\/p>\n<p>Wir gestalten und verhandeln Vertr\u00e4ge und Finanzprodukte in allen Bereichen des Bank- und Kapitalmarktrechts, u.a. Konsortialkreditvertr\u00e4ge, Poolvertr\u00e4ge, Massekredite und Schuldscheindarlehen.<\/p>\n<p>Wir sind bestens vernetzt, u.a. durch Referentent\u00e4tigkeiten bei Verb\u00e4nden der Kreditwirtschaft und bei Bildungseinrichtungen der Anwaltschaft sowie durch Lehrauftr\u00e4ge an den Universit\u00e4ten in M\u00fcnster und Bielefeld.<\/p>\n<p>Etliche Kolleginnen und Kollegen aus dem Team k\u00f6nnen zudem auf eine Ausbildung zum Bankkaufmann oder eine zum Teil langj\u00e4hrige T\u00e4tigkeit bei einem Kreditinstitut oder einem Sparkassenverband verweisen.
