Eugen Löffler
Eugen Löffler counsels the clients in particular on national and international M&A transactions, restructurings and matters of corporate law and commercial law. One of his specialties is ongoing corporate law advice to owner-run companies (corporations and partnerships) and representation in corporate disputes.

Vita
Eugen Löffler studied law in Kostanay, Düsseldorf and Jaén. He did his clerkship with practical stages in Düsseldorf, Kiev and London. He was admitted to the bar in Germany in 2009. Before joining Grüter, Eugen Löffler worked for the law firms Baker McKenzie and ADVANT Beiten (formerly Beiten Burkhardt) in 2017.
