Founded 1897 in Duisburg, Grüter today is one of the leading national and international medium-sized law firms for corporate law advice in Germany. The addition of the Münster and Hamm offices on 01 January 2024, will expand the Grüter team to around 50 lawyers, advising major listed corporations, medium-sized businesses and start-ups in a range of industries, including mechanical engineering, trade, banking and insurance, plant engineering, automotive, sports, IT and media. Our range of services includes corporate/M&A, finance, labor, industry & trade, services & innovation, dispute resolution, compliance and real estate. At all three locations, our highly respected notaries are available to assist our clients.
